- Hotel and accommodation bookings worldwide.
- Visa assistance and documentation support.
- Car rental and airport transfer arrangements.
- Intercity and interstate bus bookings.
All services remain subject to the terms, availability and policies of the respective Service Providers.
3. Booking process
- Search & selection - you choose travel options displayed on our platform.
- Payment - full payment or deposit is required as shown at checkout.
- Confirmation - you receive a booking confirmation email once payment is processed.
- Ticket / voucher issuance - your booking is fully confirmed when the e-ticket or hotel voucher is issued by the supplier.
Fares and prices are guaranteed only upon final ticket or voucher issuance, not merely upon payment or PNR generation.
4. Pricing and payment
- Displayed prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
- Optional extras such as baggage, seat selection or meals may be charged separately by airlines.
- Payments may be made by credit card, debit card or other methods shown at checkout.
- MyTripPrime may charge service or convenience fees disclosed before you complete payment.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Names on bookings must exactly match government-issued photo ID used for travel.
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health certificates and entry requirements.
- You must arrive at airports, hotels and pickup points on time.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for international trips.
6. Visa applications and document uploads
When you apply for a visa through MyTripPrime, you agree to:
- Provide accurate traveller and passport information matching your uploaded documents.
- Upload only genuine documents in accepted formats (JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF - max 5 MB per file).
- Grant MyTripPrime permission to review, process and submit your documents to the relevant embassy or visa authority.
- Accept that visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority and is not guaranteed by MyTripPrime.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and cancellations are governed by supplier fare rules and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Fees from airlines, hotels and MyTripPrime may apply.
8. Intellectual property
All content on MyTripPrime.com - including text, graphics, logos, images and software - is owned by MyTripPrime or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.
9. User content
Reviews, comments or other content you submit must be accurate, lawful and not infringe third-party rights. By posting content, you grant MyTripPrime a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with operating the website.
10. Limitation of liability
MyTripPrime is not liable for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, loss of baggage or other events caused by Service Providers, weather, government action or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Privacy and cookies

12. Changes to these terms
